The hotel has a beautiful beach with friendly staff. Although the location is great, our overall experience was marred by room issues and inconsistent service. The dining was hit or miss, with some excellent meals but slow room service. Overall, it didn't feel like a luxurious stay, and we probably won't return.
My stay had some ups and downs. The staff was genuinely lovely and created a warm atmosphere that made us feel welcomed, while the location was beautiful, right on the beach with clean spaces. Unfortunately, the service could be better organized, and I had issues with the room maintenance and dining experiences. We had a lovely time at the resort despite the rainy season in November. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, particularly Reuben at the beach bar, making our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent and the pool area was spacious, but the absence of Mamajuana on the drink menu was a disappointment. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, although the water wasn't as clear as I hoped for.
